We offer comprehensive international shipping services to a wide range of countries, tailored to meet your specific needs. Your order will be professionally packaged and securely shipped to the address you specify.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses due to limitations in our logistics network.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are determined based on the final destination of your order:
United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii): Enjoy free standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all orders.
International (Including all other countries and regions): We offer competitive flat-rate shipping of $30 USD for all orders, similar to the rates offered by leading international carriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
SHIPPING TIME
We strive to dispatch in-stock orders within 5 business days. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the location of our distribution centers.
Orders with stock in the US will be shipped via our standard US delivery service (estimated 3-5 business days). For orders with stock in China or other international locations, we utilize reliable international shipping methods (estimated 7-14 business days). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number to keep you updated on the status of your shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the chosen shipping service and the final destination.
CUSTOMS DUTY
For international orders outside the U.S., customs duty and other import taxes may apply. These additional costs, including border taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
If you fail to pay the required customs duties or taxes for your order, it may result in a delay or the order may be held at customs. In such scenarios, if you decide to refuse the delivery of the order, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to our store. The return shipping fee varies depending on your country and may be similar to the rates charged by major international carriers.
